Getting There: Map of Northern New Mexico
From Pojoaque, take NM 502 west.
From Espanola, take NM 30 south to NM 502 west.
Take Main Hill Road (NM 502) past the Airport into the townsite. Turn
right at Diamond Drive. The LA Golf Course parking lot is
approximately 2 miles on the right.
Nestled atop the beautiful mesas below the Jemez Mountains, Los Alamos Golf Course offers a
challenging 6500 yard par 72, 18 hole layout. Through a multitude of ponderosa pines and cottonwood trees
the sloping fairways and small push-up greens provide a challenge to all levels of golfers.
This beautifully maintained golf course, built in 1947
by the Atomic Energy Commission, is the second oldest 18 hole golf course in New Mexico. Owned and
operated by the County of Los Alamos, the community is proud of its unique municipal course with such
tremendous golfing value.
Panoramic vistas and clear, fresh mountain air at an
elevation of 7300 feet provide a beautiful setting to beat the summer heat and enjoy an unforgettable
golfing experience.

Daily tee times may be reserved beginning at 7:00 am one day in advance.
Weekend and Holiday tee times may be reserved beginning at 7:00 pm
the Tuesday prior to the weekend.
The pro shop is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm during the regular
season.
